On Thursday, Jones shared on Twitter that Jerry Raynes was in custody in Spring Valley and is being held as he faces extradition to Mississippi. He was found at Memorial Herman Hospital in The Heights, where he had been a patient for an unknown amount of time.Police believe up to 3 Mississippi escaped inmates are in Houston area after 1 caught on camera
Police traced it back to Mississippi, where the sheriff said it was stolen and believed one of the inmates had taken it.
