3 Incandescent Staff The Incandescent Staff gives the wearer access to the firebolt cantrip, a free use of fireball, and it gives resistance to Fire Damage. With how strong fireball can be in a fight with a lot of enemies to deal with, having an extra use of it that doesn't take a spell slot can be highly useful to get rid of adds. This staff is another item that can be purchased in Act 2 at Last Light Inn from Quartermaster Talli.
