4 Wenwu By The Dweller-In-Darkness Though Shang-Chi's father Wenwu acts as the main antagonist of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, it is later revealed that he has been manipulated by the Dweller-in-Darkness, an ancient and powerful imprisoned demon hoping to break free and devour the souls of the living. After fighting and defeating his own son, Wenwu sets the Dweller-in-Darkness free, and the much larger villain immediately kills him.
