Boka Restaurant Group’s Kevin Boehm and Rob Katz won Outstanding Restaurateur; Greg Wade of Publican Quality Bread was named Outstanding Baker; Parachute chef-owners Beverly Kim and Johnny Clark won Best Chef for the Great Lakes region; and Parts and Labor Design won Outstanding Restaurant Design for its work at Pacific Standard Time.
