They said he and his now-deceased uncle Luis shared an incredibly close bond.
According to the Tukwila Police Department , the crash was discovered in the 12800 block of Military Road South around 7:15 a.m. Monday. The area is located a couple blocks east of Hilltop Park. Investigators believe the crash happened around 11:30 p.m. Sunday after the vehicle left the roadway. The accident scene went undiscovered for eight hours following the crash.
