Legal challenges are mounting against Trump seeking to remove him from the 2024 election because of the 14th Amendment; he and his campaign have dismissed the suits

A Trump campaign spokesman, Steven Cheung, blasted the new suit in a statement to ABC News -- repeating his earlier criticism of such challenges. Wednesday's suit against Trump was filed, with CREW's attorneys, by six Republican and unaffiliated Colorado voters, including former state, federal and local officials.
