The boy was taken to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition, according to the NYPD.

A 15-year-old boy was stabbed in the chest following an altercation near his Queens high school Monday, police and law enforcement sources said.

The teen was knifed around 2:45 p.m. outside August Martin High School at 156-10 Baisley Boulevard in South Jamaica, cops said. The stabbing occurred after the victim got into a dispute with someone a block from the school following dismissal, according to law enforcement sources. The 15-year-old boy was stabbed in the chest after getting into an altercation at August Martin High School.No arrests were made by late Monday night.
