An 18-year-old who was ready to celebrate her first Mother's Day this weekend was found dead inside a home in Brooklyn on Friday. DaveCarlinTV spoke exclusively with the victim's heartbroken father.
-- An 18-year-old who was ready to celebrate her first Mother's Day this weekend was found dead inside a home inDamaris Maravilla was looking forward to Mother's Day, said family members. The 18-year-old became a mom just six months ago., right across from an apartment building where she grew up.
Shocked, he says, when he was told by police she was lifeless on a bed with signs of blunt force trauma. Maravilla's father says he does not know the motive or the exact cause of death. He says his family always relied on his daughter's determination and positive attitude.
