One of the stipulations that comes with all of the funding for this project is that the TRM designates 20% of the units strictly for veterans who may be homeless. The village would be filled with tiny houses, alongside laundry and shower facilities, a communal kitchen and multipurpose room, plus a village commons, maintenance operations and temporary administration building.This project started in 2022 and the permit that’s been issued for it expires in July 2025, so the TRM is working to get everything in order to keep this project on track.
