The incident was sparked by juveniles not being allowed to sell candy in the restaurant, according to police.

Plano police were called Oct. 6 to the Hooter’s restaurant in the 700 block of North Central Expressway.Two Fort Worth men were arrested Monday in connection with an incident that left multiple people injured at a Hooters in Plano earlier this month.Tony Marshall, 20, faces two counts of aggravated assault and one count each of assault and robbery, and Jeremiah Powell, 19, faces one count each of assault and riot participation. It is unclear whether they have attorneys.Around 7 p.m. Oct.

This time, though, they “became upset and began causing a disturbance inside the restaurant,” police said. After being escorted outside, the juveniles hit the windows of the restaurant while three men — later identified as Marshall and the Powells — “began assaulting the manager and a customer outside of the restaurant,” police allege.
