Police early Wednesday were investigating a shooting that left two men dead in south Houston and few clues about what might have happened.
Detectives at around 4 a.m. were still waiting for a search warrant to process the scene of the shooting, in the 6700 block of Weston Street, Metro Video Services reported. Calls about the shooting first came in around 11 p.m. Tuesday.Officers received a call about shots inside a home and arrived to find two men dead and the door cracked open slightly, officials said.
Investigators said the shooting appears contained to the home, but it’s not yet clear what might have lead up to the fatal encounter.
