LAPD is investigating a double-stabbing, with one of the victims being a 7-year-old, inside a Target in downtown Los Angeles. MORE:
responded to a call near the intersection of 7th Street and Figueroa Street Tuesday night. LAPD told FOX 11's crew on the scene that the young boy and a 25-year-old were both stabbed by a suspect in the store.
According to LAPD Chief Michel Moore, the suspect allegedly told the boy he was going to kill him. The boy tried to walk away, but the suspect stabbed the child in the back.Officials did not give the health conditions of the three people attacked in the store. The police initially said the child was 7 years old, but later corrected themselves and said the boy was 9.
The suspect was shot by security guards before LAPD arrived. Officials later confirmed that the suspect is now dead.that I have read and agree
