The shooting occurred late Wednesday night, police said.

Two men are hospitalized with gunshot wounds after a shooting Wednesday night in Bridgeton.

Officers responded to a residence on Bank Street around 9:15 p.m. for a report of a shooting and found two Bridgeton men, ages 33 and 39, suffering from gunshot wounds, according to police. Both were airlifted to Cooper University Hospital, Camden, for treatment, and are listed in critical but stable condition.

No arrests have been made in the case as of Thursday morning, police said, but the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact Bridgeton Police Department at 856-451-0033.
