Like a lot of other companies we saw some of this coming so we worked to build our infrastructure as lean and efficient as possible. We work with our clients to save them millions in hard costs through strategic partnerships and buying initiatives; when all they have seen are cost escalations. As our market seems to be consolidating through acquisitions, it has brought a lot of unhappy customers and poorly integrated processes. This open door has given us the ability to strategically grow in to new markets and secure a significant amount of new business. I see this cycle increasing as capital availability tightens and customers demand more value.
