The newly named 2024 GFL U Sports Women's Hockey Championship will be held March 14-17 iat Merlis Belsher Place in Saskatoon.
Chinn said the powerful concept theme of “See Them, Be Them” is about “amplifying women in sport and highlighting the power of women” in Saskatoon, the province and across the country.

The twin-rink facility features a 200×90-foot hybrid-sized spectator rink and 200×85-foot second rink. Games will be held in the spectator rink with a seating capacity of 2,700 and the possibility of future seating expansion in the west end.
“Saskatoon’s special. Saskatchewan just has its own special prairie hospitality which I think makes a big difference,” said Chinn. “We showed that with the track and field championships this year. We’re going to duplicate that and even take it to another level for women’s hockey this year.
