According to Highspire Borough Police, officers were called to the complex at around 2 p.m. for a reported disturbance.Officials release that Sanford allegedly harassed, terrorized, and even physically assaulted other tenants in the hallways of the apartment building. After an investigation, Sanford was arrested and charged with simple assault and terroristic threats.
