2nd Ave between Stewart and Union Streets closed July 1 and 2

Second Ave. will be fully closed between Stewart and Union Streets from Saturday, July 1 and Sunday, July 2. FOX13

Once completed, the crosswalks will have new colors and textures to improve visibility and create a more consistent identity through the Pike Pine corridor.

Work hours will be 8 AM to 5 PM.Access to businesses and parking garages between Pine and Union streets is maintained with officers on site to assist.Bus stop and route impacts will be shared by
