3 former Liberty ISD employees accused of isolating child
A former Liberty ISD teacher and two instructional aides have been accused of keeping a student in isolation and depriving them of food before that child ate their own feces and drank their own urine, court documents allege.
The trio was accused of holding a child in an isolation room in 2021, leading him to drink urine and feces, according to the indictments. “Providing a safe and caring educational environment for our children is Liberty ISD’s first priority,” it said.
