WATCH LIVE: San Jose police provide details after kidnapped 3-month-old boy found alive, suspects taken into custody
SAN JOSE, Calif. -- A 3-month-old baby who was kidnapped from his San Jose apartment has been recovered safely and three suspects are in custody, police announced Tuesday morning.
The baby was taken to a local hospital as a precaution, but was in good condition, police said at a Tuesday morning press conference. The woman taken into custody, who has not been identified, was with the child's grandmother before Cuellar was abducted Monday by the man, San Jose Police spokesman Sgt. Christian Camarillo told reporters Tuesday.
