CFD was on the scene at Y Bar, which hosted a Halloween party on Saturday night. It is located at 224 W. Ontario St., about 2:50 a.m., Chicago fire officials said.CFD initially said the incident occurred at Sound-Bar. Two men were taken to Rush University Medical Center, CFD said. Another man and a woman were taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital. All four were in critical condition.
Chicago police did not immediately have any additional information about the incident, but confirmed "several people were transported by CFD." ABC7 has reached out to the alderman who covers the ward for any updates on the investigation, but did not immediately hear back.
