No arrests have been in three recent San Francisco shootings. The victims' injuries are non-life-threatening.

The San Francisco Police Department responded to a shooting at 12:48 p.m. on Varney Place near the intersection of Brannan and 3rd streets.Four people were injured in three separate recent shootings in San Francisco, police said. In all instances, the victims' injuries are non-life-threatening and no arrests have been made, the San Francisco Police Department said.

The first incident occurred on Thursday, Feb. 3, in SoMa where a 40-year-old man was shot when he tried to stop two men from breaking into his car, the department said. Police responded to the 200 block of 9th Street just after 9 p.m. where they found the man with a gunshot wound. There were two more shootings on Saturday, Feb. 5. In the middle of broad daylight, two vehicles"exchanged gunfire" in the Castro at the intersection of Market and Douglass streets, the department said. Police responded at 12:49 a.m., found evidence of a shooting and talked to multiple witnesses.That evening, a 48-year-old man was shot in the Bayview, the department said. Officers responded to the incident at Underwood Avenue and Ingalls Street at 8:25 p.m.
