About 10:40 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Gaylord Drive, near Hillburn Drive, where they found 59-year-old Alfredo Garay had been shot.According to records from the Dallas County medical examiner’s office, Garay was pronounced dead Monday.Police said the case would be referred to a grand jury, which will determine whether charges should be filed. No additional information about what led to the shooting was immediately available.
