6 confirmed dead after 2 WWII planes collide and crash during Wings Over Dallas airshow
Six people are dead after two military planes from World War II collided mid-air during an air show in Dallas on Saturday.
“According to our Dallas County Medical Examiner, there are a total of 6 fatalities from yesterday’s Wings over Dallas air show incident,” Dallas County“Authorities will continue working today on the investigation & identification of the deceased. Please pray for their families and all involved,” he added.The tragic crash took place Saturday afternoon when a Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress and a Bell P-63 Kingcobra collided during a Wings Over Dallas air show event at Dallas Executive Airport.
The FAA said it was unknown how many people were on both aircrafts during the crash.
