She says she plans on going to the vigil.On Friday, March 22, the public will be asked to weigh in on a proposal to add"No Turn On Red" signs in parts of San Francisco.
Jodie Medeiros from Walk San Francisco, a nonprofit advocating pedestrian safety, is heartbroken by the crash. Her group is planning the vigil at the crash site. Medeiros points to Vision Zero, San Francisco's goal to eliminate traffic-related deaths and injuries.
