Sometimes the Hollywood stars align and every actor in a movie brings their best to the production, but since there are so many styles of acting, directing, and writing, it's a wonder that they ever do.
8 Gangs Of New York Directed by the legendary Martin Scorsese, Gangs of New York stars Leonardo DiCaprio as a young Irish immigrant who infiltrates the gang of Daniel Day-Lewis's William Cutting, hoping to take revenge against the crime boss for his father's death. DiCaprio falters a little bit while surrounded by venerated Irish actors like Liam Neeson and Brendan Gleeson, but it's Cameron Diaz as his lover that suffers the most.

As the beautiful American he meets at a wedding , she soon becomes the object of his star-crossed affections, but surrounded by hilarious vignettes involving some of England's top comedic actors including Rowan Atkinson and Simon Callow, her lack of personality is even more apparent.
