Here’s what we know so far about potential plans for a 12-acre riverfront development called Vaquero Panther Island.

While still early, the architects seem to have two options for what development could look like, according to aA first option would involve more than 461,000 square feet of office space and 50,000 square feet of retail across four buildings. Plans have potential for a 150-room hotel and an additional 31,000 square feet of retail space later on.
