The top attorney and his wife put their 1950 home on the market for $2 million, according to a sales listing. SanAntonio SATX SanAntonio Texas RealEstate lawfirms beautifulhomes uniquehomes

Daryl Lansdale — this spring named U.S. co-vice chair of global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright — and his wife Beatriz put their nearly 5,000-square foot home on the market 10 days ago, according to its property listing.

Surrounded by lush greenery, the three-and-a-half bath property features the clean midcentury lines and natural light associated with its 1950 construction. However, photos also show plenty of touches that key on timeless elegance, including arched doorways, hardwood floors and a massive dining and living area.

A waterfall-equipped swimming pool with its own cabana serves as the focal point of the backyard. The home also includes a San Antonio-area rarity: a full basement, which serves as a game and media room, according to listing details. "The contemporary courtyard entrance sets the tone for the ultra-private experience and luxurious lifestyle that awaits," the listing states.

Prior to landing his current leadership position, Lansdale oversaw securities and mergers-and-acquisition law for Norton Rose Fulbright, officing in both San Antonio and Austin, according to the firm.
