OAKLAND -- A big win for the Oakland A's in their bid to build a waterfront ballpark Friday after a state agency's staff recommended that the Howard Terminal be used for the team's $12 billion proposed stadium project.
That move came after the the Seaport Planning Advisory Committee voted 5-4-1 to recommend to the BCDC that Howard Terminal be maintained for Port use back in March. A final vote is set for June 30th.
