We are in a digital economy with an ever increasing need for microchips. In the wake of a global semiconductor shortage, and despite our resources at home, we’ve become overreliant on foreign chips.Recognizing this issue, a bipartisan group of lawmakers passed a key semiconductor investment and innovation bill that will go into conference as the Bipartisan Innovation Act.
We call upon Sens. Mark Kelly and Kyrsten Sinema, and the entire Arizona House delegation to work together to quickly get this bill over the finish line.
