Kina Kantor and Jomar Tagatac star in “The Paper Dreams of Harry Chin,” a play by Jessica Huang about the repercussions of the Chinese Exclusion Act, running at San Francisco Playhouse through June 18. Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders have endured a lot this year, both within and beyond the Bay Area.
