“A lot of my players know a lot of their players. It was kind of funny tonight, they would knock us down or we would knock them down and whoever was the ‘perpetrator,’ would help them up. Then, they would high-five. I’m sure it hurt them to lose tonight like it hurt us last year. Give it a couple of weeks and everybody will be friends again.”
The third-ranked Wildcats claimed a spot in the semifinals with the road win. Trinity will carry an 18-3 record into the Final Four in Huntsville where it will meet the winner of the Westminster-Oak Mountain vs. Bayside Academy quarterfinal.
