Jase McClellan is heading to the Atlanta Falcons.
came off the board at pick No. 186 by the Atlanta Falcons in the sixth round of the NFL Draft on Saturday. He became the eighth Alabama player to be taken in the 2024 draft.
He played in 12 of Alabama’s 13 games this past season. He missed the Crimson Tide’s SEC championship game victory against Georgia in what will be his new home stadium, but returned in time to play in the Rose Bowl, where he scored two touchdowns. However, his 2021 season was cut short due to a knee injury. McClellan returned in 2022 to become Alabama’s backup running back, before moving up the depth chart for his final season.
