Per a Kensington Palace release, the royals will have a glitzy lineup of stars performing at the event, including Billie Eilish and her brother and collaborator, FINNEAS.Meanwhile, broadcasters Clara Amfo and Sir David Attenborough, and actors Catherine O'Hara, Rami Malek, Shailene Woodley, and Daniel Dae Kim will serve as hosts and presenters. Malek, Woodley, and O'Hara will additionally receive awards for their work.
The prizes will be handed out by Princess Kate, while Prince William is set to make the closing remarks."Each winning solution will be awarded £1 million in prize funding to help support and scale their innovations, with the potential to repair our planet," the palace release says."It is an honour to be a presenter at this year’s Earthshot Prize Awards.
"The fifteen Finalists of this year's Earthshot Prize are deeply inspiring. They are dedicating their lives to building solutions that will repair our planet, and I can't wait to present an award to one of the incredible Winners for 2022," Malek said.and The Royal Foundation in 2020, and is an ambitious global environmental prize that aims to discover and accelerate groundbreaking eco-solutions to repair and regenerate the planet.
This year's ceremony will take place on Friday, December 2, at the MGM Music Hall at Fenway and will air on Sunday, December 4, at 5:30 p.m. GMT on BBC. It will also be available to stream on
