“It’s pretty obvious where we are going. If you leave this borough, what borough do people usually move to? It’s not rocket science,” she said. The top-floor unit in a landmarked Beaux Arts building features bi-fold glass walls that extend the living space to a wraparound terrace with views of the Hudson River, George Washington Bridge, and the city skyline.
