The Cleveland Cavaliers will turn to an old friend for some lottery luck Tuesday night.
Cleveland finished the 2021-22 season with a 44-38 record. Because the Cavs missed the postseason, they were able to retain their lottery-protected first-round pick that was part of the February trade package for Indiana swingman Caris LeVert. The Cavs enter the lottery with a miniscule 0.5% chance at landing the No. 1 pick.
