Heche tragically died in August following a horrific car crash.
The lawsuit alleges that Heche, who died at 53, agreed to pay the money back in monthly installments of $10,000 commencing in August 2021.
According to court documents obtained by the outlet, Jane’s lawyers allege that the late actress did not pay him back the full sum — and claim he’s still owed $149,106.04. He is also seeking $18.77 per day in growing interest. Jane alleged that his former “Hung” co-star did not “make any further payments” after the first two installments.
