Annie Potts as Meemaw in Young Sheldon
Summary A new Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage video reveals Annie Potts' return as Meemaw after Young Sheldon. Mary's mother had been an integral part of the Cooper family's story ever since they moved across her in Medford, Texas. Over time, however, CBS started giving the character her storylines, which were usually about her love life, and most recently, her experience running an illegal gambling den.
In the clip, Potts is all dolled up as Meemaw while on the set of the new The Big Bang Theory expansion series. When Georgie and Mandy first learned that they were pregnant, Meemaw was their primary source of support. She took them in and even helped financially.
