A man was hospitalized for non-life-threatening injuries after a shooting Wednesday at a shopping center, authorities said.
ANTIOCH — A man was hospitalized for injuries that weren’t considered life-threatening after a shooting Wednesday at a shopping center, authorities said.
Around 7:30 a.m., police responded to reports of a possible gunshot victim at a shopping center near Somerville Road and Delta Fair Boulevard, a police spokesman said. When officers arrived, they found a 55-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his arm. The man was taken to a hospital, and his condition was not available Wednesday evening.
Police did not name any suspects or associated vehicles connected to the incident and did not believe it had any connection to Tuesday night’s fatal drive-by shooting.
