A federal appeals court rejected Sen. Lindsey Graham's bid to avoid testifying before an Atlanta grand jury investigating whether former President Donald Trump interfered in the 2020 election.
Former White House counsel Pat Cipollone and former Sen. Kelly Loeffler have testified before the Georgia grand jury probing efforts by former President Trump and his allies to overturn the state’s 2020 presidential election results, according to a new CNN report.
