The film follows a graduate student and her professor who goes on a media tour attempting to raise awareness about a dangerous comet is heading straight towards the earth. Starring Jennifer Lawrence and Leonardo DiCaprio, the film features cameos from a star-studded cast, including Meryl Streep, Jonah Hill, Cate Blanchett, and Tyler Perry.Kate Dibiasky , an astronomy grad student, and her professor Dr. Randall Mindy make an astounding discovery of a comet orbiting within the solar system.
