Arizona State University Professor Owen Anderson alleges the school violated state law by using 'public money' to advance racist ideas, according to the lawsuit.
An Arizona State University professor spoke out about his lawsuit targeting the university over its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training, alleging it used 'public money' to advance racist ideas. Dr. Owen Anderson, who has taught philosophy, religious studies and theology at the university for more than 20 years, joined 'Fox & Friends' to discuss why he decided to file suit alongside The Goldwater Institute, a conservative nonprofit organization.
