“I’ve been in real estate a long time, and I’ve never seen anything like this house,” Johnston said. “It was not built to be a family home. It was meant to be a party house.”And it was. In 1996, Paul and his brother opened a strip club popular with athletes and visiting musicians, and they would frequently continue the party after-hours at Paul’s house, Johnston said.

Paul died in 2018 in Las Vegas due to cardiomyopathy, an enlarged heart, and coronary heart disease. He left the bulk of his estate, including the Arlington home, to his longtime girlfriend and his best friend, according to news reports.The home includes a secret room accessible through a book shelf, two game rooms, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a vintage black-and-white kitchen.
