Arlington Police are working to track down a suspect they believe is connected to two recent shootings on the same street.

Detectives are looking for 29-year-old Kelechi Ezugwu. He faces two counts of aggravated assault with deadly weapon.Police say Ezugwu pulled into the parking lot on W. Arbook Boulevard, exited the vehicle and walked toward a person who had just gotten into their car.

The driver told police they drove away as soon as they saw Ezugwu. As they pulled out of the parking lot, shots were fired and the car was hit. The driver was not injured. Investigators also believe that Ezugwu is responsible for a shooting outside a gym on the same street on Oct. 25.The driver took off and the person, believed to be Ezugwu, fired multiple shots, hitting the vehicle.Arlington police say they believe that both shootings appear to be random, and neither victim knew Ezugwu. He drives a white 2012 Honda Civic with a Texas license plate number RZF3191, according to police.

Arlington police say Ezugwu should be considered armed and dangerous and people should not approach him.All the news you need to know, every day
