The AT&T leader said customers are looking for companies that focus on doing one thing well.
“Those things can be very distracting and despite that important restructuring we did to simplify the business, AT&T stayed very focused on delivering for our costumers and our shareholders,” he said Wednesday in discussing
AT&T said it added 2.9 million postpaid phone connections in 2022, including 656,000 during the October to December period. It also added more than 1.2 million fiber connections for the year.Full-year revenue came in at more than $120 billion, down about 10% from 2021 – a slimming down that reflects the WarnerMedia separation, according to the company. It reported an $8.7 billion loss for the year.
