Aurora Pride held its annual parade Sunday. The parade, which featured nearly a two-mile route and a record 70-plus entries, was the fourth organized by the non-profit group.

Aurora Pride President Gwyn Ciesla said the entire Pride weekend in Aurora has effectively showcased the LGBTQ community. The annual parade, Ciesla said, has grown in popularity thanks to “the ones we have had previously. People have really enjoyed them.”Aurora native Keri Traid serves as grand marshal during the Aurora Pride Parade on Sunday.
