The Konami Code–up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A–has been used to assist gamers and unlock Easter eggs since its inception in 1986. It was created by Hashimoto during the development of Konami's flagship scrolling shooterduring its port from the arcade to the NES, after he discovered it too difficult to play during testing.and entered the code, every power-up became theirs.
