Tylan Jones was on her way to Lucas Oil Stadium to watch her cousin, David Bell, play. Her baby had other plans.
INDIANAPOLIS — Tylan Jones had everything planned for the delivery of her third baby, but baby Kimmarie wanted to make a big entrance.While at the Indianapolis Colts game against Cleveland Sunday, watching her cousin David Bell, a wide receiver for the Browns, Jones went into labor. She delivered Kimmarie at"I'll just tell her she's a Lucas Oil baby," she said.
Bell is a Warren Central High School grad who went on to star at Purdue University. His entire family came to the game, and he gained a new fan by the end.Jones said she has had all three of her kids during Bell's football career and Kimmarie may be his new lucky charm. A person with the IU Health team said they are prepared for any medical emergency at the stadium, but this was their first baby delivery.
