The tax holiday starts Friday, July 15 at 12:01 a.m. and ends Sunday, July 17th at midnight. The event gives shoppers the opportunity to purchase certain school supplies, computers and clothing free of 4% state sales taxes. Local sales tax may still apply, though most cities and counties have waived those as well.Clothing – Apparel of $100 or less per article of clothing
