Grape Street Park was renamed the Officer Tonahill & Officer Ruopp Memorial Park on Saturday, Sept. 14. The name change honors San Diego Police Officers Kimberly Tonahill and Timothy Ruopp, who were both fatally shot by an armed suspect while issuing a citation at the park.
