These include the likes of James Gordon and Harvey Dent, as well as spins on the characters of Jason Todd and Cassandra Cain, who are turned into Sanjay “Jay” Tawde and Kai Li Cain, respectively, for this film.
Based on the comic book series by Mike Mignola, Richard Pace, and Troy Nixey,is “a 1920s-based tale that finds explorer Bruce Wayne accidentally unleashing an ancient evil, expediting his return to Gotham City after a two-decade hiatus,” according to the official synopsis for the film.
